I think get that concern.
What you 'could' do it to set the age rating in correspondence to your target audience to increase the chance that it reaches them - even if it would 'technically' be 'okay to look at' for a younger audience as well. Using tags can also help users find (or hide*) your content based on their preferences an what they are looking for in the search.
